Step 1

Assemble the bagel with all ingredients and place in the sandwich press or alternatively have fresh. Another option is to place the bagel in the toaster and cook to your liking then assemble the bagel. I have also toasted the bagel then added the ham, cheese, avocado and tomato to the bagel and either placed under a grill or placed in the air fryer. Once the cheese is melted add the sauce and spinach to the bagel.
